We do not just sell floorboards. We lay them.
Our own qualified carpenters and floor sanders install your floor from the first measure to the final polish, so we keep full control and stay in touch with you the whole way through.
We help you choose the right timber and finish for your home from a wide range of solid timber, engineered timber and hybrid samples. Come and see them at our Applecross showroom, or we can bring samples to your home or job site. You can compare timber species, grades, widths, finishes, stains and trims against your own décor before you decide.
Once you have chosen, we give you a free, itemised written quote from your plans, or we come out and measure up. To go ahead, there is no upfront payment and no deposit. A confirmation in writing is all we need to order your timber and secure it with the mill.

How it works
How a Perth Timber Floors project runs

We meet you on site
Our installer checks the slab or existing floor against the Australian Standards and ATFA recommendations to confirm it is suitable. Where needed, we diamond-grind the slab to remove contamination, because a clean, level, dry base is what makes the bond last.

You choose timber and finish
Pick from solid, engineered and hybrid samples, with the species, grade, width, stain and trims that suit your home. We guide you through the options and the process step by step.

Our own team installs it
No outside contractors. Our qualified carpenters and floor sanders install, sand and polish your floor from start to finish, in the finish and sheen level you chose.

Backed for six years
Your fully installed floor is guaranteed. No deposit was needed to start, and we stay in contact the whole way through.

Rich reds, warm tans and golden blondes
Different timber species have their own colours, grains, hardness and markings. Choose from natural rich reds, tans and golden blondes, or have a floor hand-stained on site to match your décor, your stairs or your furniture.
Oak holds stain beautifully, which is why American White Oak and European oaks are our most-requested timbers for everything from near-black floors to the lighter Hamptons look.
